I was one of those that first bought in high a few years ago at .79 cents, Bricking: added to the holding at various times all the way down. Thing is, i was able to buy a whole heap of shares at 1.5cents mark compared to much fewer shares at those higher levels, with the same amount of money.
Therefore, I'm not still underwater but well,well in profit.
Anyway, it pays to be contrarian, especially in a cyclical sector like coal/resources. And to keep up the research ( ie on BRL itself ) and take notice of the thoughts of others whose opinions you value
