If you go back to the webinar early this year when speaking about the Board the CEO referred to his plan to improve the Board by recruiting someone with experience with of the type he refers to in this announcement and it was clear that Mr. Bolto was marking time and would be the person to make way for this new member.
The CEO also indicated he would like to add one extra member and the current interim replacement may well be marked to take this extra position in due course.
