This just shows how lost and disfunctional this company has become.

First: great that Bolto has gone, a non achiever IMO.

Secondly, don't know anything about Liebeskind, so no comment.

Thirdly, weak that Louis is in the chair. Why? Apart from he is also an underachiever and responsible single handedly for the SP slide?

In many jurisdictions it is not allowed for the CEO to be the Chair, and it is increasingly distasteful elsewhere including in Australia. Management is accountable to the board, if the CEO is also the chair, he is accountable to himself, which means he is not accountable. And this is in keeping with an earlier post of mine pointing to the arrogance (IMO) of the group who have taken over this company from Pete who has been systematically demoted from founder, then from CEO then from the board, and eventually probably from his company.

This is the rudest joke move I have seen in a tech company in years. And the market agrees with me.
