Mr.. Steven Liebeskind, also known as Steve, serves as a Co-Founder and Principal at Sydney Capital Partners. Mr. Liebeskind founded Crossfield Intech in 1999 and served as its Managing Director. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Infolink Group Ltd in 1990, where he restructured and refocused the business, substantially improving profitability and divesting non-core assets. In 1988, Mr. Liebeskind joined Infolink Group Ltd. He is an experienced Front Line Operational Manager with a broad set of skills developed from his time working as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Liebeskind has held senior executive roles in a number of public companies. He has also successfully advised on the migration of a number of Australian technology companies to the United States and merger and acquisition activities for clients. Mr. Liebeskind has been a Director of CB Australia Limited since December 6, 2012. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Ausmani Limited since May 05, 2014. Mr. Liebeskind serves as a Director of Bonython Metals Group Pty. Ltd. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Ausmani Limited since August 1, 2012 until October 21, 2013. Mr. Liebeskind served as a Non Executive Director of Wintech Group Limited and Direct Nickel Limited from October 7, 2011 to October 7, 2012. He served as a Director of BigAir Group Limited from January 2004 to October 20, 2005. Mr. Liebeskind is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
