So LDN is now the Chairman and the CEO...fattening that wallet yet again.
He will most likely get his shares as well and he can rule with an iron fist without fear of the BOD expecting answers from its management team on performance? After all he is surrounded by friends isn't he?
Even the most risky investor has to look at that and wonder What the?
My worry is "what is the back story here?" We will never know...but Bolto going out like this doesn't fill me with much enthusiasm. Did Bolto question some of the resolutions and get the push because of it?
Like I said we will never know....that's the scary bit.
