Honestly it makes sense cause it's really outlining the Resolutions etc. I had thought this but my friend who is sort of a mentor was telling me all day that non share holders could go as i was discussing possibly going with him TO THIS AGM... (He was actually trying to punk me) I sort of ended up believing it and here you saw me question it lol.
