I'm sorry but I have to weigh in on this. The last time I saw this sort of play was on XPE. Athan Lekkas became the COB and CEO and it ended in misery for so many...so sorry but this resonates with me in the same manner.
While a CEO and COB exist as one entity....management are not held accountable or responsible for anything because the CEO has a vested interest in management as well as the BOD. You cant wear two hats at once and remain objective....it just doesn't work. Excuses will be made and performance indicators will slide...That is the nature of the beast.
We have seen the management fail to deliver here already and now we will have a COB who lets them off the hook because its in his interest to. If you cannot see that...you are blind.
BRN is not XPE....but the stripes of its coat are not showing that it could be....buyers beware.
