Secondly, BRN is at the point in their hype cycle where they need to produce meaningful revenue.
Until the figures on line 1.1 of their 4C reports is befitting a billion dollar company and the figures on line 1.9 is positive and meaningful there's unlikely to be a move in the share price other than down.
