I love honesty.

1.) "The only thing that has happened in 12 months..." is nothing of $value$ (why should I have to tell you?)
2.) Your intuition reading the passage by Mr. Tony is correct. Per Google Chat the sentence “It got better now” is incorrect, and so is "has become better known"... Tony's visceral is clearly aimed at retail investor emotions. It's fresh garbage.
3.) "I would counsel you..." is giving advise.
4.) ..."give us more time." Means give us more of your money
5.) ..."understood by the market." Meaning the market knows Brainchip is crock and the SP reflect that knowledge.
6.) ..."while I hear your comments..." clearly mean I could care less about you.
7.) ..."I note your frustration..." means; I will drop that note in the trash.
8.) ..."to deliver on our promise..." means; it was verbal and non-binding.
9 & 10 are overkill. You are spared to live another day.
