Spot on - personally, I think BRN is better off finding a new CEO. Said it from day one . . .

Nothing personal, but LDN has shown little results in the past 3+years, too much discounts and free trails handed out under LDN's leadership. The company is better letting Peter take the role again as acting CEO until such time the company has found a suitable replacement. What an embarrassment for the Board/Chair - check US regulations before hiring foreign CEOs with personal tax issues.

Let's hope the AKIDA is the holy grail, if not...

PS:@MrSiliconValley - CEOs can buy shares outside the black period, in the case of LDN he should have required shares if he wanted, as long as the share purchase falls outside the black period. As they say - When the CEOs Buy Stocks, Follow Their Money - unfortunately, this is not the case here.
