At first I couldn't work out why BRN were so sloppy with spelling, grammar, announcements etc. The lack of precision seemed completely incompatible with the high precision required for coding. I've come to the conclusion that they're just not that interested in administrative stuff, and all the effort is put into product development. It's an easy fix - hire a secretary who will ensure every communication is word perfect. Maybe the new CEO will make this change.
The chart looks fine.
