How's this for size? LDN, you have made a large number of incredibly optimistic statements regarding the commercialisation of Brainchip over the past year, many of which had self-imposed deadlines that have now passed without further communication of success or failure. You have been rewarded handsomely, some would say excessively, though you choose to sell the shares you were gifted by the Board you chose before any of these enormous revenues you predicted have come to fruition. So why should investors be forced to continue to give you "the benefit of doubt" and what discussions have there been for orderly succession of your position - discussions that are appropriate regardless of whether you are failing or succeeding, but which no-one can impartially judge as you have not updated the market on the success or failure of the company you are paid to run, in the market you are legally obliged to keep informed?

(My point being we shouldn't have to give someone the "benefit of doubt" on the ASX, because if that is the case then the market is not fully informed and in breach of ASX regulations, so LDN has to leg it and he can do it in an orderly way that protects shareholders - or the disorderly way that includes mudslinging on Hotcopper and 249d's and negative media exposure and uncertainty that will no doubt further disrupt the company and the share price.)
