There are a lot of things about BRN I find frustrating and the secrecy around Akida is near the top of my list. I found that video when I was looking at memristors. No idea if that is what makes Akida tick. From what I've read they are analog and we are totally digital. There's a fair bit of controversy around memristors, from definition to whether they can actually exist. If you want one though there is a company in the States called Knowm who make them and will sell you one for about $90 US.
