It sounds to me like you just want to further a negative agenda. Sorry but that is how it looks.
You know quite well the answer is no if you are talking about Akida NSoC as a stand-alone product. Engineering samples are expected to be available 2nd half of 2019. If you are talking about the availability of IP of Akida then yes it is available to be integrated into someone else's silicon if they so wished. This is what I understand, anyone feel free to correct me as I am very possibly wrong but if you aren't doing your own research then probably you may just take it as a fact (?)
