To be honest, they have never been on time with most of their announcements. I am invested in a number of speccies and all are waiting for announcements, even for months, and we have never received updates.
I guess they really do not know when they will get something back from labs, auditors etc so maybe they think that no update is better than a half hearted update ("we are still waiting, don't know exactly when things happen").
In the case of NVA they were expecting news end of July, then mid Aug, then end Aug, then mid Sept and now end of Sept.
Management is the first to want to get those results out to SH, so if they could, they would share with us.
Best advice: don't check HC every hour.
