Having what amounts to a partnership with SQM makes a lot of sense, given they have a concentrator near Perth.

This is very cool decision making and would not have been made by the MD without close consultation with his financial and strategy team.

Offtake and advance sales agreements seem likely don't they? And logically SQM has got themselves inside the company because they want to secure the Li. Now part of securing the Li would be helping to direct how to locate it, and to get it out of the ground.
