Some really nice results especially 25m @ 222 g/t Ag 7m @ 325 g/t Ag and 12m @ 104 g/t Ag, all economical from or decently close to the surface, results aren't the problem.
Two issues I can see:
1st, precious metals are in limbo currently no one knows if they are going up or down, long term it looks like they have broken out of the bear market, but they also have yet to go raging bull and smash $1300, until they confidently break north most money will sit on the sidelines waiting for a buy signal.
3rd, lack of detail I find it hard to get excited about a project unless I have alot of details on whats going on, SMI don't provide us with enough details to get me excited to press the buy button, there isn't even a meter by meter break down of the holes included in todays report just highlights, no commentary from the MD, so light on details.
These guys need to check out a company like CDV who gives a ton of information every report, it gets people excited about buying, they are selling a story the better the story the more people will buy it.
