exactly! these are the structural issues that continue to plague the company which many here fail to see. current valuations is an impossible hole to get yourself out of. They need a recapitalization comprising of at least a minimum $5mil-$10mil to show they are serious about the company and project. Otherwise, IMO its just a lifestyle company vehicle as Directors gets paid fees/salaries and very little is spent on exploration. How is drilling 5 holes a year going to create SH value? They've reported some of the best copper hits in the world at lana corina and their valuations drop even lower. They have bugger all ownership over all their projects and the hurdle to increase ownership requires capital they can never raise or access to fund.
