their related company tso pays inexcess of $500/m as an all in rate.
net cash they had like $230k left as of Q3... refer below
there is some major underlying issues here if valuations aren't substantially marked up so they can do a proper raise.
they had to split the raise into 2 in what was arguably one of the worst raises in recent times. & there isn't much $ left.
