@Corgi Yes the management looks... adrift from the goals stated. The main problem is the valuation and no amount of the fresh equities pump squad can save this. The company needs to get about 10m of capital. The ATM is a CR while keeping the price capped. The SP simply cant run while it exists. And therein lies the conundrum. They can't raise without dilution. Director special pop the SP for one day which is then sold into by management.
