    The wild drop to .008 was definately the time to buy this stock and now it's improved with world markets for the time being.

    Chart Analysis indicates a counter trend rally is underway. It also indicates that the current down trend could be changing and moving into a trading range Sidelines Mode.

    ctvwf up in the states to our price at least now.
