I hope we see plenty detail as to why the board accept/don't accept this offer. My gut sez hey will negoiate with predator and ask for more eg. $1.60. To think just 12 months ago they knocked back $2.00 from same outfit.
Alan Grey with 19.9% are key. Prev they 'insisted on $2.50' (citation needed). If 41.60 comes along I'm out.
