Had TSE accepted $2 offer last year, the opportunity for investors to buy at much lower prices would have been there. Instos who sold are the ones who will miss out if the current offer is successful, assuming final offer price is agreed upon between major shareholders and Ferrovia. I would think a higher price will be offered that is conditional on Ferrovia obtaining at least 90% acceptance.
