    This is 3rd new contract in just 3 days! And todays is the biggest so far at 950million and potential to hit 1.6B! Initially for 5 yrs with option for a further 2yrs. BRS keeps hitting boundaries and SP leapt after this news but is fading this arvo.

    Strong hold in anticipation of:
    a) renewal of refugee contract
    b) Increase TO offer price.
