    Most watchers would have expected a raise first Q 20 but with Covid it put everyone back. Things do look better across the space, nice discount for the great unwashed would not go amiss. Cobalt prices took a dip on Covid, but showing signs of stability and COB have been relatively busy, market would take some interest at the right price I guess.
