A capital raise to get this project up and running even in the preliminary stages is a given, but it may be part funded by some major players already showing interests in the company and one should not discount a debt raise from financiers both overseas and within OZ. Interesting times for COB shareholders, the rewards will be there in the long term, my holding cost 20c looking forward to breaking even within six months then a steady increase until production commences.
