Rough capital structure, Obviously some inputs will change, i.e. facilitator options and broker options etc. will probably change under the revised structure. Clear to see who the clear losers are with the ownership % decreasing from 18% to 12% on a non-diluted basis. On a diluted basis this is even worse. Everyone else is a clear winner, with the vendors benefitting the most.
