I agree Irishmist. GGG had the same situation with reo's in Greenland and Dr Mair a geologist being in charge - I ended up selling total hold as I saw issues with permitting and his lack of information to share holders - his reporting to share holders and just repetitious commentary which did not give any clear, decisive confidence to market.
It's a bit of tough one with the Stephens of Malawi. It is difficult to attract top tier people to companies in this region so to have him on board for the many years he has been there and his achievements is excellent - as you state as a geologist. None the less from James Cook Uni in North Qld where the casual world prevails and extensive years in Malawi - I still am in awe of his contributions and commitment to SVM & Malawi mining industry - I am sure as we progress to a BFS and project partnership we will see additions to the board however as for now he - Stephens is required to wear a few hats in order to reduce over stacking of the board prematurely - expense involved.
