Yes sure if they were attaching it to an existing gas fired generation plant BUT they are building a gas fired electricity generating plant from scratch - it burns gas CH4 & produces heat + H2O + CO2, sure the actual kalina waste heat clip-on makes it approx. 30% more efficient but they are looking for finance to build a gas fired plant that emits CO2 - sorry but that is the truth, not Disallowed.

COMBINED cycle = the gas fired turbine, approx 70% of the electricity - emits CO2 + combined with a Kalina module which is emissions free & produces approx. 30% of the electricity.

The Siemens turbines they are using can be converted to approx. 40% H2 with no modification & 90% with modification (these % are from memory but approx, in that ball park) that is the ONLY way that this can become a no CO2 emitter, i.e. fire/feed it with H2
