    I may be wrong but if my memory serves correctly that is a completely different situation. They are not looking to have it used as a professional device - ie it is just a reference tool for someone to use and decide if they want to see a professional.

    Here, with RAP, we are talking about an app approved by the FDA and other respective authorities to replace that professional (or device/etc).
