No dividend has been declared or paid relating to the current year"

That item seems to be a cut and paste from prior years.

From the auditors note 2.e "As at 30 June 2023 the Group’s current liabilities exceeded its current assets by $2,666,477".

Now here is the kicker: "These circumstances represent a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to
continue as a going concern, and therefore, whether the Group will realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in
the normal course of business at the amounts recorded in the financial statements. "

I can't see the ASX doing anything. They are part of the problem allowing trading in unmarketable parcels i.e. 1 share at 2.9Cents.

While there appears to be little interest in buying IVT shares someone is busy changing the buy and sell sides to create an impression of activity.

Yep this company provides an insight to corporate life in Australia.
