    Well, all else being equal, which it is not. The construction costs in Africa, say for a road or civil structure would be a fraction of what it is in remote W.A., if you get my drift. Any large, remote greenfield project will have challenges, but the costs of operating in remote Australia are amongst the highest in the world.
