I think that the above announcement has a lot to do with chia asking for option 2 at 5 cents a share and option 3 at 8 cents a share.
Almost a month since this announcement ,and Chia would know more on potential customers for the Bromine being that they are a Chinese company that invests and trades in minerals and chemicals.
Chia would have a good idea on the likeliness of a offtake for the Bromine ,so would explain there generous offer and only having 3 months to take up option 2 and 3 in the financing package.
A Bromine offtake is coming very soon I reckon ,and it may even be Chia if they think its more profit in it rather than allow another chemical processor or trader to take up the Bromine.
