    Well there will be some economies tagging into CUB's ability to buy raws better than Broo, however there is no distribution agreement so it seems Broo are no better off

    I might add that this was not what i heard was happening, certainly heard CUB and Broo were discussing things but it was to be a more immediate value acretive deal i would have thought

    This does not appear to be value acretive
