Good to see they finally have a formal distribution agreement for all the beer they purchased and received a few months ago. Now they have three more months to sell it before the Best-By date expires. It seems odd that you would spend almost $1m on a product without having your sales channels formally in place. But then again, buying land in Ballarat without a DA, license or capital to build your brewery would seem to represent the same naive behaviour. I hope they can eventually figure out how to put the horse in front of the cart.

As with the CUB deal, nothing much to see here, in fact, it's overdue. It's already the two-months into the third fiscal quarter so I suspect inventories will have ballooned, cash will be minimal, sales will be muted and losses will have grown, again. Sadly the deal is coming into the slower consumption period for beer in the southern states.

    Good luck with all that!
