I doubt the integrity of what you have to say but just in case
Been a long time since I kept up with rules
I think they are still using the Swaps they have and skiting the rules for a takeover
The rules in the US were changed to prevent the use of derivatives to hide a formal takeover AKA shaft the shareholders of a higher price
The ASX is not known for following a lead or being proactive on shady activity
If you just take the shady way this all started it is worth checking by those interested .
For the record I jumped ship over the offer price as I see this being dragged out over the 2 year life of the swaps and dont want to deal with a bearded Twat
