agl management and BoD have a very poor history of showing alignment to shareholder interest by actually holding AGL shares
Miles George, who only just joined the board is AFAIK the largest holder on the board... prior CEO & CFO's have converted any equity issues to cash within short timeframes from vesting.
IMO - this is part of the culture that needs to change... they need skin in the game, not just be shown to be collecting the paycheck
