agree that the value is in the customer book. also agree that super funds are ideal candidates to co-develop new generation with... I would be reluctant to see 100% exposure to fixed cost PPA pricing though - IMO - AGL needs to have at least some skin in each development (like the 20% in PowAR Co is appropriate)
I think those that got in below 7 will likely see your suggested dividend yield in the next 24 months... longer term holders may not be so fortunate. Higher exposure to PPA supplied electricity may also impact the ability to generate a high yield.
