its not the initial outlay that concerns me, its the ongoing costs of development..... just ask the longtermers who have been here for 6+ years how much dilution and millions of SH funds it cost to get to where LOM is today (and its still not reached its main objective). it doesn't cost much to buy a lease but its the development that is a money pit
