    Look at the end of the announcement, that's where they put the bad news. The August production volume had dropped to 3.6k boe/d. They are now targetting average 4k boe/d for the second half year. Old timers will find it familiar. It had been promised before... quarter after quarter.

    Maybe this time will be different? One can always hope rolleyes.png
