So didn't the company harp on about not being able to undertake a share buyback until the US listing had occurred? They needed SOI to be maintained for the ADRs..?

Now after they've received a strike at the AGM they've somehow come out and announced a buyback with no further information on how this affects the ADRs/US listing or why they've done this after tooting for so long that it won't occur?

Now that their 'careers' (or lifestyles) are on the line, they've managed to pull this rabbit out of the hat..

However they have managed to undertake some solid operational feats (e.g. acreage expansion and growing the production base).

But once again, this is after the fact of shareholder unrest, and the amount announced for the BB still doesn't eliminate the hefty STIP (cash) payouts to management.

Still won't be changing my mind for a 2nd strike next year.
