Why does this stock just refuse to do anything?
I haven't been invested in BRK for ages, but the figures seem to add up, this stock should be on the uptrend, and it should have been for a long while now, yet it just fluctuates between 1.2c and 1.5c, even now the management have tried to pull out the Trump card with a share buyback, but still, nothing.
I don't get it.
