Doesn't matter if the sp is 1c, 10c, $1 or even $100 it is the market cap that matters and at $65m BRK will be off the radars of most professional investors. It is just too small.
Nashezz is right with "There are not too many professional investors or traders that waste their time on HC anymore". They all have their our own investor networks devoid of confirmation bias.
