As of trading and know valuations including US to AUD to today's date I have revised my calculations on market valuation of undeveloped acre values. Previous September calculation was a SP of 0.038c.

Announcement 20 November total land holding increased to 1680 acres and announced $16000 / acre valuation reference point. Current total land valuation $35292373 AUD adopted as Market cap based on 790 million shares on issue gives predicted current share price value as $0.045c

If we were to use latest auction sales figures announced 13th September with total land holding increased to 1680 acres and announced $19000 / acre valuation reference point. Current total land valuation $41909693 AUD adopted as Market cap based on 790 million shares on issue gives predicted current share price value as $0.053c

All figures are my own and should be checked for your own agreement.

Remembering these are undevloped land valuations and that certain portions of land have now been developed and producing significant BoE returns.

Imo I consider this well undervalued and a big buy signal. Some have raised questions over funding however I think this is backed well as mentioned previously. Also worth noting is the money returned from the 2c options expiring December 2018 I think. Please correct me there if I am wrong.

I have always had a favour for heads and are not overly familiar with the options on offer.

Red Leaf SP valuation on the 13th November was $0.08c calculated prior to the 30% acreage upgrade.

So therefore you ask of a prediction....anywhere north of those values is the basis to start

It certainly all seems to add up. The question in my mind are the timelines, perhaps I'm a bit clueless on that count. I'll wait it out with my considerable holdings, the news along the way looks positive.
