it's not manipulation to stand at a price you publicly say is cheap and for the benefit of shareholders.
pulling the bids lower. when you are a major part of the buy side volume, is manipulating the market in my eyes (maybe not the ACCC). but it sure as hell influenced my behaviour. (and yes behaviour in finance is not always rational... but here we are and I'm in a slow sell down mode and not buying. hardly a good outcome for a 30mil multi year holder )
