A. reload at the same level, get filled again and reload at the same price, OR

B. reload at a lower level to see if I get my order filled there, get filled, reload at lower level etc. to layer in my buying to achieve the best average entry price I can.

if I go with B. it doesn't mean I think the stock is worth less. my investment thesis is what it is, I'm just trying to enter as low as I can.
