Think you all know how it looks if a director sells down big time even if it is to pay off a loan, DP certainly would. The whole story of BRK is to monetize and return capital to SH, DP needs 1.1 CPS (not going into tax issues) to pay off his loan and continue on with his 100Mil shares. I'm really hoping this monetization includes a large cash component, which would be in all our interests, DP included. Let's say we JV to go large on drilling one or two DSU's for the huge ongoing cash flow (WTI headed up) and sell the other two for $50 - 75Mil, would allow a quick 1 - 1.5 cent return to SH which would take care of DP's loan problem without selling a share... just saying (and f'in hoping!).
