Another good update. Progress being made on the ground with Marathon to drill the first well!! Small interest in this one but good proof of concept and spreads the risk across a few wells. These are big wells - flow rates 2,000 boe/day plus all around us. Would be nice to snag a couple of these in our wells.
Looks like strong news flow to come - more drilling, more acres and fully funded for drilling of up to 10 of these wells.
As I said in an earlier post the size of the prize is large. If Continental's estimates of STACK economics for a single well are correct (EUR 1,700,000 Boe) then what BRK have pulled together so far could deliver nice reserves and production (200,000 Boe on a single well basis and even better if the increased density pilots work you can 10x this to 2,000,000 Boe EUR).
