Dead right. Why aren't they here?...because similar plays are already available there. That was supposed to be part of the sales pitch here with a unique ASX listing shale play for Australian shareholders not dissimilar to PE and Family Office plays in the US. Now it's gone full circle looking for US investors????? It's a circus ride.
Share consolidation was not a panacea....in fact it's amplified the fall. The Nasdaq listing won't do a thing for the share price. It's only going to cost the company regulatory/listing/compliance fees each year that could have been better spent on buying back shares.
There needs to be a change of guard here, happy to see Prentice gone & Gracjan Lambert into the CEO role and then MD in a year with some thinking outside of the currently constrained thought box that isn't working. Incentivise him well with escrowed shares. The only KPI needs to be escalating share price targets......nothing else really matters.
