Brookside will only have a 20.9% working interest over the two year period. Not sure how you got $12m?
Assuming that annual oil production = 105 BOPD * 365 days = 38,325 barrels per year.
Two-year production = 38,325 barrels/year * 2 years = 76,650 barrels.
Brookside's share (20.9%) = 76,650 * 0.209 ≈ 16,012 barrels.
Revenue from Oil = 16,012 barrels * $70/barrel ≈ $1.12 million.
Still, it's nothing to sneeze at. As long as BRK keep making progress growing their revenue streams, I'm happy with that.
